Specializing in Syntropy Neuromyofascial Integration Bodywork. A type of neuromuscular re-patterning bodywork that has it’s roots in many different modalities, to name few; Feldenkrais Movement, Hanna Somatic Education, Rolfing Structural Integration, Orthobionomy (bringing the attachment and insertion closer together with subtle movement to find the point of release), CranioSacral Therapy (William Sutherland method), Your Traditional Massage Techniques, Energy work, Emotional Release Techniques.
My bodywork is gentle, non-invasive, and deep. I use a deep sense of listening to the body I am working with to not cause the Sympathetic Nervous System to react by entering into Fight or Flight mode. I use verbal communication, various massage techniques, movement and joint manipulation, as well as assisted active resistance, to lengthen and unwind the body, and bring awareness to the body’s different systems and parts, and for lasting results of neuromuscular re-patterning.
